Subject: Specs. for SLIP, CSLIP and PPP
Hi all,
I'm trying to locate a document (or documents) that compare SLIP, CSLIP and PPP
protocols. I checked the TCP/IP (IBM PC version) FAQ, but could not find any
comparison of these there.
What I want to find out is the comparative benefits/disadvantages of these
protocols for use with winsock applications via a high speed (14.4K) modem
connection to an internet provider.
Any/All help much appreciated!
